1. About these terms
These Terms of Use and Sale apply to the VIPI website and to purchases of VIPI products. The site is operated by Y.M DIRECT IMPORT L.T.D, company number 514486372, Hashar 15, Mazor 7316000, Israel. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns Policy.
2. Adult eligibility and lawful use
The website and VIPI V-PRO are intended only for adults who have reached the legal age applicable in their country or jurisdiction. By ordering, you confirm that you meet that requirement and that purchase, possession, import, and use of the product are lawful where you are located. The product is intended for lawful dry-herb use only. You must not use the site or product for any unlawful purpose.
3. Product information
We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, colours, and images accurately. Display settings and production updates may cause minor differences. Only specifications expressly shown on the product page form part of the product description. No medical claim or unverified performance claim is made.
4. Price, currency and destination taxes
The current listed price for VIPI V-PRO is USD 200 unless a different verified price is shown on the product page before an order is placed. Prices may change before an order is accepted. The listed price does not include taxes imposed by the destination country. Any taxes imposed in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility, in accordance with the laws and requirements of that destination country.
5. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order where payment is not received, information is incomplete or inaccurate, the order appears fraudulent, supply is unavailable, shipment would be unlawful, or a material pricing or product error has occurred. If an order is cancelled after cleared funds are received, any refund will be handled through an agreed lawful method.
6. Payment by direct bank transfer
The only payment method currently offered is Direct Bank Transfer. WooCommerce will place a bank-transfer order on hold until payment is confirmed. Verified bank details and payment-reference instructions are displayed on the order confirmation page and in the relevant order email. Customers must use their order number as the payment reference and must not send funds to details received from an unverified source. No credit-card, PayPal, or third-party online payment option is offered through the VIPI checkout at this time.
7. Shipping
VIPI currently offers FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING at a shipping charge of USD 0. Shipping eligibility, restrictions, and any verified operational information are governed by the Shipping Policy shown on the site. We do not promise delivery times that have not been expressly verified. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
8. Returns and cancellations
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by the Returns Policy shown on the site and by mandatory consumer rights that apply to the customer. A return must be requested through the stated process before an item is sent back. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Website use
You may use the website for personal, lawful shopping and information purposes. You must not interfere with site security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content unlawfully, impersonate another person, submit false information, or use the service in a way that violates another person’s rights.
10. Intellectual property
The VIPI name, branding, website design, text, graphics, photographs, and other content are owned by or licensed to the operator unless stated otherwise. No licence is granted except the limited right to access and use the site for its intended purpose.
11. Availability and liability
The website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, or technical reasons. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
12. Privacy
Personal information submitted through the website or checkout is handled according to the VIPI Privacy Policy. Necessary order, cart, security, and operational data may be processed through WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting, email, and shipping service providers.
13. Changes
We may update these terms when the website, product, services, or legal requirements change. The version in effect when an accepted order is placed will apply to that order, except where a change is required by law.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s country and cannot be waived.
